Geocent is currently looking for SharePoint Developers with experience in Microsoft application development technologies. For this position, Geocent’s specific focus is on the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS 2007) platform and.NET 2.0/3.5 development and/or web development.
Skills/Qualifications:
• 5+ years demonstrated strong knowledge and proficiency with .NET framework and Object Oriented development.
• 3+ years leveraging SharePoint in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of large, complex, enterprise-level solutions.
• Strong knowledge of MOSS 2007, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, Microsoft SQL Server, and ASP.NET development tools.
• Strong development experience using Silverlight/WPF, AJAX, and WCF.
• Proficient skills in XML/XSL/XSD, Web services, and InfoPath.
• Strong client relationship management and client-facing communications skills.
• Strong systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support.
• Proven experience with large-scale, complex project management and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant Microsoft Training/Certifications preferred (MCTS, MCPD)
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
