Geocent is currently looking for SharePoint Architects with considerable experience in the Microsoft technology stack. For this position, Geocent’s specific focus is on the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS 2007) platform and.NET 2.0/3.5 development and/or web design/development and Architecture skills.
Skills/Qualifications:
• 5+ years leveraging SharePoint in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of large, complex, enterprise-level solutions.
• 5-7 years of experience managing technical teams in enterprise-level .NET/custom development projects.
• 5+ years of experience developing solutions and managing teams to deliver engagements around enterprise content management, workflow / business process management, collaboration, or portals.
• Strong knowledge of MOSS 2007, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, Microsoft SQL Server, ASP.NET development tools.
• Proficient skills in XML/XSL/XSD, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web services, and InfoPath.
• Strong client relationship management and client-facing communications skills.
• Exceptional consulting skills including team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, business process redesign and implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including: presentation, meeting facilitation, documentation, and proposal/SOW-writing skills.
• Strong systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support.
• Proven experience with large-scale, complex project management and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior success in managing people and teams with demonstrated leadership in development and mentoring of full-time employees under your supervision.
• Relevant Microsoft Training/Certifications preferred (MCTS, MCPD)
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
